Provincial Assessing WA is engaged by some of Australia’s most respected insurance companies. We understand the need to expedite the claim process and most assessments are carried out within a 24 hour time frame, with reports usually sent through on the same day of assessment.
We also  offer the service of ‘desktop assessments’, where digital images are used, in place of on-site inspections. This is a very effective means of carrying out small assessments and assessments in remote locations. We offer this service Australia wide.

Point of Difference - Based in the country, PAWA can respond to emergency situations and be on the scene much quicker than Perth based companies and can provide a comprehensive individual report, first hand, by the assessor and not from a template. PAWA is catastrophe ready, with vast experience in hail damage, bushfires, storm, tornado and seasonal agricultural emergencies.
Online - We also provide Australia-wide online desktop assessments for smaller and more remote claims or to audit claims where the repairs have already been completed. PAWA has access to and is well versed in the use of the ‘Estimage’ and ‘Auto Integrity’ reporting systems, as well as its own specialised reporting format.

Total loss - Our attention to detail is highlighted when reporting on total loss vehicles and independent valuations. PAWA has access to industry specific research tools for every type of vehicle.

Every vehicle has its own unique accessories, modifications, workload history and condition, which must be considered in a market environment that can change on a daily basis. All of these factors are vital when determining a vehicles pre-accident value, along with identifying the exact model details and build date.

Salvage - We have built strong relationships with salvage and transport providers, both locally and nationally, to recover the best possible return on salvage, which is also vital in reducing you end cost.
Valuations - Our written valuations can be used in court to assist in settling quantum and liability issues relating to pre-accident values, repair costs, partnership disputes and family law matters. These reports can be based on trade-in or market values and can be tailored to a specific date in the past if required.
Sum insured - We can also provide independent valuations for insurance underwriters to agree on a sum insured prior to a vehicle going on risk. This is often the case for modified, vintage, classic and rare vehicles.
WOVR - Richard Oborn is certified to lodge vehicle details on the National Motor Vehicle Theft Reduction Council’s Written Off Vehicle Register.
